Inland shifter for 4-speed Saginaw. Linkage has rubber bushings.
Adapter plate and linkage for Saginaw. Lift to engage reverse. Shifter uses
bayonet mount for handle. No adjustment bolts for front-rear stops. Not sure if
shifter body is unique to Saginaw or can be used with Muncie/ST-10.

Hurst Competition Plus (aftermarket). Still available with linkage and adapter
plate for Muncie or ST-10. Linkage has no bushings. Shifter uses 2-bolt mount
for handle. Original dog-leg handle can be drilled to fit. Has adjustment bolts
for front-rear stops.
Hurst Competition Plus Super Shifter (aftermarket). Same as Competition Plus but
with straight linkage and extra tall adapter plate for Muncie or ST-10. I doubt
it will fit with console/dog-leg shift lever/hole in floor.
